Herbal teas can also be prepared with chamomile, basil and peppermint to offer great relief from bloating. Take a cup of water and add a teaspoon of the tea of your choice. Steep for 10 minutes and drink it 3-4 times a day.

2. Clove And Eucalyptus Oil To Treat Bloating

Clove oil is another home remedy that can relieve bloating effectively. Take a glass of water and add a few drops of clove oil. Drink this every day morning to prevent bloating of stomach due to indigestion. In the absence of clove oil, eucalyptus oil can be used with the same effect.

Cinnamon is good for preventing indigestion and formation of gas. Take one teaspoon of cinnamon powder and boil it with a cup of water. Take this two times a day for keeping the symptoms of bloating under control.

We do not have to say much about garlic and its medicinal properties. Tale a medium sized garlic. Put a pot of water for boiling. Add around 10 cloves into it and add the coat of one full garlic into it. Simmer for about 15 minutes and drink it hot.   This will release your gas within a few minutes of having this decoction.
