Home Remedies To Get Rid of Blackheads

Mix lime juice with salt or almond oil and glycerin. Apply this mixture on the affected area and let it stay for ten to fifteen minutes. This home remedy will treat the blackheads and remove the skin discoloration as well.

Applying egg white and honey is an excellent way of treating blackheads. To remove the skin discoloration and remove blackheads apply a paste of milk and rice on face. Rub this into your skin to gently exfoliate the face and wash off after ten minutes remove the blackheads. You can also use grated cucumber as a mask for blackhead remover.

Prevent blackheads by avoiding the use of oil based makeup or using harsh abrasives to scrub the face. Ensure that you maintain a regular skin care routine that includes exfoliating, cleaning, toning and moisturizing. Do not use bar soaps and instead stick to gentle facial cleansers to keep your skin free from dirt and grime that can cause blackheads.
