Cut back on refined foods and include a lot of fiber in the diet such as grain products like barley and cereals along with starchy vegetables like potatoes and corn. Apples, guava, grapes and prunes are some fruits that act as natural laxative that aid in bowel movement.

In addition to this drink enough water and fluids to get rid of the bodily toxins and cure constipation. Mix lemon juice and honey with warm water and drink in the morning or consume some cabbage juice to relieve constipation.
